1.1 背景介绍
💙1. pelican
💜指“鹈鹕”，它们嘴下带有一个喉囊，可以自由伸缩，是储存食物的地方。一般的鹈鹕并不潜水，主要依靠群体捕鱼的方式捕获食物。
💙2. filter tube
💜指的是鱼缸过滤器，是用于净水补氧的装置，其目的是：去除水中粪便等污物，保持水体清澈、氧气充足、没有有害物质、没有污染，适合鱼的生长。

💜都是口语词，gonna是going to缩略，表示“即将”；gotta是got to的缩略，意思是“必须，不得不”；outta是out of的缩略，指“从……出来”。

💙1. As he took off, he knocked over some of Dr. Sherman’s things.The dentist picked up a picture that had fallen to the floor and broken. “Say hello to your new mummy,” he said, showing the picture to Nemo. “She’s gonna be here Friday to pick you up! You’re her present. . . .”

💜「by the second」意思是“每一秒钟，按秒计算”，所以这里是说Nemo的担忧一秒一秒地在增加，用到by the second这个短语的地方，还有比如电话费也可以按秒收费，即The telephone bill will be charged by the second；
